The head of the cock would be used as the clitoris.

Being that the Clitoris is on all of us at 2 weeks or so into our embryonic stage then turns into a penis if you develop into a boy .

Did you not understand the part above about how the operations work?

The Glans with the nerves becomes the clit, eurethua is cut and shortened, the penile tissue removed and the skin turned inside out to form the pocket of the vagina so all the skin, nerves, etc are still there.

Only really the self lubricating aspect that is missing

So if you used to be Eric the car mechanic - you'll need a 2 stroke system instead of doing your own oil changes

The nerves can take up to 18 months to re build after the op, but full sensation is there as they use nerves from the donor site

I have had full sex with one post-op TS and played around with another. As far as I am concerned every vagina is different anyway and these two fell within the range of expectations for a vagina. One could self lubricate while the other could not so a little lube was used for intercourse.

I will add that both ladies achieved orgasm and their response to stimulation was good. As far as I could tell everything was working as if they had been born with a vagina.

The post describing the development of the genitals and surgical procedure is correct.
