perhaps it depends on the lady. If boobs get dangly surgery might improve them. But personally as mine have stayed firm and more or less where they always were I would never have fake ones. I think they look and feel a bit unpleasant so 34 DDs of the natural type will do for me even though wind quite likes big boobs he agrees natural wins every time

I have fake boobs as well had mine done 5 years ago. Mine don't feel fake. But if you like on your back you can feel the implant where they went in x
