Getting my confidence back after being out of 'play'

I'm having to take a few months out of swinging due to an injury and even though I'm still actively chatting on the site and trying to keep my status updates positive, I know I've lost so much confidence. Having a leg in a cast is not the sexiest but I used to have so much oomph and look forward to reading messages. Now I hardly bother to answer. How do I get it back

you see and feel things differently when you can actually get out there - we back down from messageing and such when we know we cant meet - xxx

Lol. The ole flange is nearly healed up, just call me 'Mary'

I guess I just feel that going from someone who had herds of confidence to very little is scary.

I didn't want to cut off Fabs totally as still nice to keep your toes wet
