The guarantee isn't as good as it looks, you have to send it to Canada and pay a $50 handling and shipping fee for them to send a replacement... I know as we had one which stopped charging. In the end it was cheaper to just buy a new one.

On the other hand, we've got 4 swan vibes and their all great.
