Shock! Sensible answer alert (though the other posts made me giggle!) if I know I'm going to be on the receiving end I douche within an hour of the meet. Not sure if this is the rule but ive never had any 'accidents'. Having said that ive not douched (spontaneous buggery lol!) and been fine too… xxxx

At least an hour before, better 2 hours. This gives time for any water left after douching to be reabsorbed by the body.

If you do not leave time for this re absorption you risk the water left inside you coming out during energetic anal sex and er 'spoiling the moment'.

We both douche an hour before and at the nearest time before we have anal play. Just to make sure water is still clear.

We also watch what we eat all day before a meet.
