If your only meeting for one night would you say Viagra is a bad thing? I mean u want it as hard as possible for the whole night right ?

If you want to stay hard all night Cialis is better than Viagra. Viagra is good for 1-2 hours but then fades away.

Sildenafil (Viagra) should be used in caution with:

People with heart or circulation problems

People with any deformities in the penis (e.g. angulation, Peyronie's disease)

Males at an increased risk of getting a painful and prolonged erection (priapism) due to conditions such as sickle cell anaemia (disorder of the red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow) or leukaemia (cancer of the white blood cells)

People with stomach ulcers

People with bleeding problems such as bleeding from the intestine or haemophilia

People with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension

People taking Vitamin K antagonists, if taking Revatio

People taking alpha-blocker medication (e.g. doxazosin used in the treatment of high blood pressure and enlarged prostate)

People taking protease inhibitors such as saquinavir used to treat HIV

People taking some types of antibiotic (e.g. erythromycin, clarithromycin, telithromycin)

People taking ketoconazole or itraconazole (to treat fungal infections)

It should not be used in:

Females

Children (under 18)

Males for whom sexual activity is not advised (e.g. males with severe heart problems or who have recently had a heart attack)

People who have low blood pressure

People who have had a stroke

People with severe liver disease

People with rare hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption

People with certain rare inherited eye diseases, such as retinitis pigmentosa

People who have ever lost vision due to a condition known as non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION)

People who are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredients of the medication

Men taking other medications for erectile dysfunction

People taking any 'nitrate' medication (e.g. glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, nicorandil used to treat angina)

People taking nitric oxide donor medication, such as amyl nitrate ('poppers')

People taking the protease inhibitor, ritonavir used to treat HIV
