This week and last week alone.the anti bareback and fab - gynaecologists keep lecturing adult how to practice safe sex.Same people give blow job without condom.

Don't lecture me this is less risky compare to bareback.Both are bareskin. Swinging as whole is risky.if someone prefer to play bareback fun.who are you to lecture him or her.

This is the thing.....it allows those who don't want to bb to say no thankyou, and those who do will find like minds more easily.....

I think clarity and an none judgemental environment benefits everyone, with or against bb.

Those who judge to harshly only serve to make informed decisions murkier for themselves.

Of course, those who are inclined to make themselves as appealing to as many others as possible by lying about it will still exist out there, but a higher level of honesty in general will certainly go some way to helping avoid that....that's my take on it......

Amongst a community that should be more open minded than most the anti bareback prejudice seems to be the only one that is allowed to be openly & vigorously voiced.

Our experience however is that being on the bareback "side" seems to provoke a great deal of hysterical abuse.

So far the postings to this particular topic have been fine so far. If only that was always the case where the subject of bareback sex comes up.

Going back to the original post the creation of a bareback group would not work if it simply acts as a target for abusive comments. Nobody would want to expose themselves to this.

People should just be free to choose to engage what activities they enjoy amongst themselves …

Plenty more damaging things to your health than unprotected sex people engage in … Look at the amount of people that get trashed on these mad combos of drugs/drinks etc, i get so many mails asking if i want to party and play .. take various narcotics etc .. sounds a good idea when your driving too

Each to their own, and people should start taking responsibility for their own actions … no one forces anyone to do anything ..

You have a gold/silver badge if you are a member a green flag if you are photo verified and a green tick if you have been verified by a meet, All at the top of the page,

How about a (B) badge if you take part in bareback sex and a (S) badge if you have sex with a condom,

It stands out a bit more then ticking the safe sex box,

I'm new to this scene and part of the attraction of it -I thought- was the non-judgemental way we all get to explore our sexual deviances. The site can promote discussion on the subject (so a forum group is a reasonable ask) for either side of the argument, but as with clubs what they cant do is be shown to be condoning BB sex, they have to be seen as advocates for safe sex policies.

Most people, myself will agree BB is far more enjoyable, but when it comes to casual sex/swinging with numerous partners, it is far more risky, there are still risks with condoms but its reduced and thats the reality, we all know it is. I think the people who enjoy bareback would prefer to have it included in the preference list. That way, people who go bare can be looked up in the browse section. Someone who hasn't ticked 'safe sex' may not necessarily bareback.

However it is still 98% safer than not using one..... and thats the way i look at it...

at the end of the day.... just with everything its about judging the risks you are prepared to take......

you can cross a road at a zebra crossing... or you can cross an 8 lane m25 motorway from one verge to the other.... I know which is likely to be more risky.....

Nearly all swingers who insist on safe sex will perform oral sex without protection...the only time either myself or my regular fb has caught anything is from oral sex...I sucked a few guys cocks in a club and then sucked him...and he started to get a little itchy...tests down clinic and AB straight away, and all resolved...I did oral swab and clear so was not even me that passed it to him...probably someone else who had sucked him...(in clubs we do only fuck each other)

Well that is up to you...there is no point in testing every week as most STI's can take 2 weeks to show symptoms...so perhaps do your research before you diss all the bareback people..."

Thats 98% effective at stopping pregnancy, not STI's. Like already mentioned you can catch a lot of STI's even when someone is wearing a condom. Like others have mentioned on this thread I cringe at some of the naivety people show on here.

You are inviting strangers in to your sex life so to try and sit their all high and mighty and say "we don't entertain people that bareback". I think what you should actually say is that you don't "knowingly" entertain them! Like I said they are strangers and I would put money on it that you have already played with people that bareback.

The other thing that gets me is the comments people make "you're playing russian roulette" etc. Really? Russian roullette you have a 1 in 6 chance of losing. Without looking at the most recent statistics you have more chance of being run over or murdered than you have of catching HIV; I use HIV as it's worse of the STI's and it can kill. Yes you can catch other STI's but then I resort back to my other comment, you can still catch an STI when using condoms, warts already being one mentioned in a previous thread, herpes and moluscum contagiasum to name but a few. You can also catch crabs, scabies or ringworm!

I have an idea Maybe we should let people get on with what they want to do without lecturing them and making out they are doing something wrong. Maybe that way those that do bareback would feel more comfortable about admitting it and then that way those of you that don't want to play with people that bareback would get a more honest response from people instead of "I never play bareback" despite them having veris from people that ONLY play bareback

And my point is that maybe if everyone stopped stigmatising the issue then people would be more likely to be open and honest about it....

that said if bloke wants a shag and he knows if he tells you he barebacks he won't get one then what do you think most blokes will say? And before everyone jumps on that, yes, there are decent honest blokes on here but I don't think there will be many people that don't see truth in my point.
