Firstly, having kids does not mean you're fanny is gonna be massive. It hurts as the baby comes out, and yes your vagina stretches but like all muscles they 'ping' back to usual size. It takes about 6 weeks for everything (including the womb) to go back to it's previous state. In fact some women might become tighter after having kids because pregnancy may be the first time they've ever heard of kegels.
