So how do you know that the lucky recipient is someone that would like to see a stranger wank? What you are doing is a criminal offence and if someone decides to report you then bam! You are a sex offender and have to register with the local police whenever you move areas so they can keep an eye on you. I would imagine dogging sites are more secluded places where people go for this specific reason late at night so far less likely to be random people/kids whatever wandering past although not knowing much about dogging, I could be wrong.

There was a guy a few doors up from my school who did it too. At 15 I had to go through the embarrassment and trauma of having to report him and be interviewed. Very unpleasant thing for a teenager to go through, but I figured it was better I did than one of the younger kids saw him
