I have been reading a lot of profiles that say no kissing but yet they don't state "safe sex" or "oral without"

What's with that ?

No kissing isn't usually a safe sex issue it's quite often something couples reserve for just the two of them as being one of the more intimate interactions.

Regardless of their views on safe sex, some people just prefer not to kiss.
