"mine is chocolate milk or strawberry milk.... strawberry milk has been winning for the last few weeks... but co op are doing two 1 litre cartons for 2 quid.... so debating whether to get 2 strawberry milks... or 1 of each..... bloody decisions!!!!! I think you can feel both liberated & bereft. Liberated as you are now free of whatever was weighing you down with regards to them and bereft for what could have been. If that makes sense?

Sometimes cutting people out us needed xx"I did that at the end of last year. I felt traitorous for doing it but I needed to do it for my own mental health. The other person's behaviour on social media afterwards just confirmed how right it was to do it. I still have occasional pangs but I hung in there far longer than I should before I bailed so I don't feel at all guilty. Good luck OP. | |||

Mulling it now, just about to drive for an hour then I'm stopping at the supermarket so I should have a plan by then. I'm thinking grapes and olives cos I've got some nice crackers and a bit of delicious oozy stinky cheese. | |||
