Regrets, I have a few, but then again, too few to mention ...

Look forward, and learn from the past I'd say!

I regret to say that I have no regrets. Every action in my life has had a consequence and that is a part of the circle of life. Everything happens for a reason.

However, I do with I'd not spent all that money in M&S today!

what doesnt kill makes you stronger...would rather learn from my mistakes than regret them

life is too short to be stressing about things you cant change

"regrets and things in your life so far or wish you had done or not done sexual or not "

Better to rejoice in what you have and which went well rather than regret other things.

It would be nice to think I have none & with the upmost respect to those that say they have none I'm sure in reflection we all have some

Not saying something when you should have, bending the rules in your favour, telling a White lie. Mine is being allready on a phone call when my dad phoned to say my mum was dying & picking up an answermachine message instead!

Sorry bit shit but like has been said it makes us who we are

Im doing some NLP at the moment and it has a good approach to regrets which is

just realise that even though it looked like a bad decision in hindsight it was the best decision given your state of mind at the time, learn to forgive yourself

tree hugging optional

NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming (something to do with how Channel 4 scheduled Derren Brown shows to catch the most gullible people I think!)

As for regrets, unless you lost a body part or caught an incurable disease, why regret? You can make pretty much anything right if you want to put the effort in, but if you try and live your life well, there shouldn't be too much to go back on!

Well, you lot with no regrets are very lucky people! (although I am taking all that with a pinch of salt )

Yeah, I have regrets! An uncle whom I loved dearly as rough as he was (Special Boat Squadren in WW2) He died and for various reasons (one a family rift) we didn't get to say goodbye to him properly.

I regret not taking the path in my career that I wanted to. Made life difficult for us, but hey ho...

I regret an action from my teens that I won't go into here but wasn't a nice thing to do...

Yes I regret lots, but doesn't mean I haven't moved on. Doesn't mean I haven't learnt from them. Seems that everyone is falling over themselves these days to absolve themselves from guilt or regret..

(Remember, like Nan used to say. "If the cap fits, wear it!"

It depends what you call a regret.

With the advantage of hindsight most of us would have made one or two different choices... there are a few people I would have never bothered meeting, a few things I would not have let people borrow and a few hair removal creams I would not have tried without taking greater heed of the warnings

But I wouldn't class any of them as deep regrets.

Angus & Findhorn

for sure I do..

regrets on the wrongs I have done to people. ( many times due to a hissy fit cause I wasn't getting things my way ).

regrets I didn't grab special moments and make more of them.

regrets I didn't see more of family members before they left this earth.

but always balanced with...

the kindness I have also shown to some.

some times appreciated.

some times abused.

but always the first to admit to my wrong doings

and the first to celebrate any good.

that way, I can always look at myself in the mirror with a clear conscience.
