This trend is becoming more popular in house party and clubs.Last week In a house party which suppose to commence from 10 30.pm.due to friends congregation chatting about 50 Shades of Grey.Infact the party later kick off around 12 midnight. You can tell few couples begin to feel very uneasy about the whole episode.

They felt uneasy about talking about 50 shades?? I never knew party times were so regimented. I thought the fun just happened when it happened?

So if you go to a party, you expect to be balls deep by a certain time?

I'd feel uneasy if we were at a party and some guy was stood looking at his watch every 5 minutes and implying it was time to start fucking.

Not "balls deep". Only 'insertable length'

When i was 'new' to the scene i did feel uneasy. You can always tell when people have formed their own little circles or friendships. But, of course that would have developed over time.

Realised i'm just being paranoid to be honest. I'm the same as anybody else. I speak to everybody and anybody now.

Surely most groups of people who meet periodically, whether social and professional, inevitably end up forming associations and relationships through shared interests and experiences.

New people into those groups don't share the experiences, but if they are there for the same interests it should be easy enough to join in.

Sounds like you were maybe there for with a slightly different agenda/purpose.

There's more to sex than sticking it somewhere

Had a similar conversation with my other half at Abfab Saturday but as I pointed out we're not great at chatting to others bit shy and slightly intimidated.

To be honest I would be more uneasy about going to a house party where it was expected that I began playing at a certain time.

Sometimes I'll be one of the first, others times I'll be one of last joining in.

Surely its only natural to congregate with the people you know, and it only seems like a clique if no one else approaches them to chat...

The silly thing is, it's easy because you see other do it with ease we and possibly you guys too just don't know how to do it. Sometimes we do it without trying and have a fab night but other times we just turn shy.

As a regular party and club goer x its not about cliques its about the social side too, seeing people you havent seen in ages or meeting new people,so nattering about 50 shades of grey would be a fun conversation to me.not that ive seen the film yet

ive never thought about timing as I tend to go private room anyhow if I want to go off play within ten minutes of being there or 2hrs later thats what I do.a party is what u make it, I dont wait for the crowd to move

I've never been to a party that has a kicking off time

How funny!

Does the first one to score have to run around the room with his shirt over his head?

Well they want to keep their mouths shut!

It's not a book club!

The lack of respect for the OP's time is intolerable!
