so I know you are all gang to tell me to join a club or go to a nude sauna or whatever but I'm wondering if there's an obvious knowing signal between bi guys?

If I'm in the shower rooms at the swimming pool (normal every day swim, not a nudge swim session or anything ) do I tap my left nostril or scratch my right ear with left hand or what?
