Why is it all the rage for hot young guys to sport a big bushy beard...totally puts me off and they just look like weirdies with beardies...

Designer stubble or short trimmed no longer than a few mm's but full on Abraham Lincoln style....just wrong!!!

Oushhh!

Love a good beard!

Not a scruffy one mind, it needs to be well cared for, looked after and kept in shape.

Not into pubes though, they need to be trimmed right down or gone completely!

Can understand the well kept beard. Mine was a few inches long, but weekly trimmed, and shampooed/conditioned daily, as well as brushed and waxed

Beards are just the start, this is now the age of the Lubersexual.

A Lumbersexual is young man who wears plaid shirts, stout walking boots, skinny jeans whilst sipping Belgian beer and reading a copy of Vice magazine on a tablet.

Often living with mum and dad or a house share of 15+ even though the house only caters for 6, the extras stayed after a party...2 weeks ago.

Unlike their hipster counterparts, Lumbersexuals usually work and can can be found working in the independent retail sector, ranging from coffee shops to single speed bike sellers. In recent years, they've become a highly creative species and have found themselves with careers in marketing, pr and advertising.

A beard is only a beard and can never define an alpha or beta male. -Mr.

Wonder when people will give up the beard threads..

If you don't like them pipe down and carry on with what you do like instead of slating those with beards and let us carry on with being all beardy and meeting the woman that enjoy beardies.

Its along the same lines as overweight people or people that don't groom. Its their choice, don't meet them and let them be. Just my view anyway. Everyone is different an an individual

Makes me laugh...the 'peak' shame a beard has to become a fashion item..like all the guys who ran out and got a full sleeve of meaningless ink on their arms to fit in..

Some guys genuinely look good..but...Like all fashions and trends some guys should really avoid the look..

Don't do it because everyone else is,beards have been 'in' since the dawn of mankind for Christ sake, so tired of the whole beard trend, not having one just people banging on about something as some as not shaving!!

So many zoolanders around these days it makes me want gip!!

Reminds me, need new pic. Have shaved off sides now, so just have a super long goaty (which is thick soft and regularly oiled)

Tend to find at clubs women who say they hate beards, tend to think it's itchy. Soon as I let them feel it, they won't let go.

That or they start asking to braid it.
