Why do I need to be verified to be able to verify someone else?

If 2 new unverified people meet they can't verifie each other?

when the veri process started and you could verify by phone, the site owners verified a whole bunch of people

I had around 5 or 6 meets before I actually met a verified person to get verified back

Just go on cam quickly in the chat rooms and if you ask someone will verify you if they can see you on cam.

It is what is is...however we did have a chap (who is already verified) offering to give us a verification even though he hadn't met us or seen us on cam....well, I'm sure that's what he meant when he said he would give me one....
