So I'm at the airport in Italy now and say across from the somking room. Not 3 very hot girls are sitting smoking the other side of the window and its kind of sexy.

No, it's an addiction that kills you and makes you smell like an ashtray. Would you find three hot girls injecting heroin sexy?
