We were out at a local spot last week and so were the Police. Spoke to another couple yesterday and they were at a different location and the Police turned up. Anyone else had any such issues? PM only with locations

It happens..some will be fascinated/curious..others maybe investigating a complaint...from dog walkers etc..

Very rarely do they do a raid,used to happen more often

Never had a problem with the police at any time.

Sometimes they just drive in and straight out. Other times they've parked up and got their spotlights out and on a few occasions theyve chatted and just left us all to it

Reminds me of an experience I had where me and this girl was about to get it on in the car, when we noticed a (unmarked) car pull up from nowhere and park behind us. It was a couple (mf) so we thought they had the same idea as us, so we continued. They then put their full beam headlights on, so we stopped to see what their intentions was. We didn't want to risk it in case they we're coppers. So we drove off (looking for another spot) and noticed they were following us. Long story short they followed us for miles, stoping wherever we stopped shining their full beam headlights into the car each time. It got to the point we had to outwit them to get away. The female looked like she was in her early 20's (there's a lot of young female coppers in Milton Keynes), didn't find out who they were but the way they acted was dodgey

After lots of police activity over a few months at some of my local sites a guy has complained to the police and local papers about victimisation.

A quote from a police spokesman says that it's the doggers human right to be able to meet up but not to have sex in public.

Having sex in public is not an offence, however doing it somewhere you could be seen by innocent bystanders or putting on a show is an offence, most police wont bother you if you are out of the way.

Just read that it is only an offence to observe others in a sexual act if you are watching for the purpose of sexual gratification without the couple's consent. Therefore dogging is legal.

Probably why the police show up and do not engage. The police have to be seen to respond to complaints from dog walkers etc but acknowledge they have no power of arrest. They can make it awkward or uncomfortable but hanging around though.

Nice spot in Gloucester , now its a haven for single cottagers and at any one time you can have 20 cars up there . Watched a couple stop there last year with little ones in the back to admire the view . yes its a public view point and fuck me to cars boxed them in

Just had to get out of car and tell them there having a picnic. We gave up and left just a local bill came in force to flush out the bushes lol

Its almost impossible to get a conviction..especially if everyone there wants to be there then its not a lewd act as no one is being shocked and offended.

My mate tried dogging and on his early visits to a site got stopped by the police, they did him with breach of the peace, considering he was out in the country I was amazed, two other guys and the Cpl that were putting on the show got done as well !!!1

The Police know that there is little chance of them ever getting a conviction but they have the theory that if they make it too much hassle, you won't keep going there.

Most car parks are also used by Yoofs for drink and drugs binges, which would be of far greater interest to the Police. If the Police come and have a chat, why not offer your services as the eyes and ears of the car park, and offer to pass on anything you notice that may help them clamp down on "real" anti-social behaviour?

We use a very popular Gloucester viewpoint , but only after dark , and never play unless we are sure there are no members of the public about .

There are always more than 20 vehicles about , , mainly doggers but a few boy racers . Some of whom Sabrina has played with !

When the police come at night , they shine a spotlight at the parked cars and go very slowly , thus giving players plenty of warning .

We have never had a problem or been caught and as we go 2 or 3 nights a week we are well placed to comment

Been to many spots all over uk, never had a problem I've spoke to many a copper as he drives about also know a copper in Cheshire who pops in while on duty has a chat and also dogs there when off duty
