Does he have any issues getting hard when it's just the two of you? If not then it may just be performance anxiety. My ex was the same.

It's condoms in a lot of cases I hadn't worn one for 20 years when we first swung and there's no way I wouldn't wear one . Anyway I couldn't stay hard but second condom came off soft again if your not used to them they are murder it took me about six weeks of wearing them every time we had sex at home and the problem went away sorted after that just needed to get used to wearing them again

Have a care for the people who have verified you, even if it isn't them you're referring to people will assume it is.

This is a lot more common than you think sometimes removing the anxiety will help so saying that you will swap if everyone is ready but theres no pressure to do so takes the worry off of the man and the expectation and possible disappointment away from you.

Good old fashioned nerves, it can happen to anyone especially if they are first timers but its no big deal really maybe they should have a glass to help calm nerves next time

im convinced it's a rubber thing if your not used to them I just started wearing them in house when me and the wife had sex took about six weeks to completely cure thankfully now have no problems well not until the fourth or fifth time not as young as I used to be
