Creepy?

It's happened to me a couple of times so I'm assuming it's happened to others. You meet people for a social, all get along fine and are all happy to arrange a play meet at a later date, but then they're never off your profile. I'm talking about constant views throughout the day, sometime on the hour, every hour.

It creeps me out and unsettles me and really puts me off meeting up with them again.

Creepy, normal or not something that would bother you?

as a single guy in defence id say its not creepy they probably want to hav a look at a certain pic or to see if youve posted a new one or a heading or even a meet has now become open as your planned one didnt happen if youve already met em i cant see it being anything other than harmless! hope the guy doesnt read this bit of a downer you saying creepy!

I get it with a guy I chat with but I think he does it to check if I'm online when he's messaging, maybe it's that? As well as a bit of looking at your photos?

Debs, I'm with you on this!

I thought I had met someone who might become regular but apart from some other stuff, he was looking at my profile about 3 times every hour! For days. Made me back off straight away

His last ditch attempt to get my attention was to verify me after about 4 months after meeting! Saying finally got round to verify (not showing on my profile!)

So Yes, I know where you are coming from x

we have had to slow people down sometimes - they come across as desperate to see us and we say sorry we cant just meet like that - as soon as we log on they message - ignore them and if they they ask why you not replied we block - yes can be a bit creepy but flattering too

I just had a look and can't say I blame him for looking. Would it be less creepy if he had turned off view in his privacy and was looking without you knowing?

It got so bad I was avoiding logging on and ended up blocking him, if he was that obsessive before I met him I was getting worried of how he would be after or if I said no to play time

I have blocked guys who were doing similar but for days abd days and days. Had never met them and declined all offers.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable there is nothing wrong with that. Can't help how you feel x

It doesn't bother me how many times they look but a bit curious what they keep looking at. Had one guy over a period of a week keep looking at me more and more finally he looked at my profile 19 times in an hour so I messaged him to say hello as I was really curious and he ignored me so I blocked him

I've no trouble with people having a perv, I do it enough myself, it's just the frequency I find creepy. If he's having a wank every time he looks he's just had his 11th in an hour. Not a bad recovery rate, I'll give him that much!

I regularly look at peoples profiles, see what they say, see if I am a match to their criteria or because I think wow they have a nice avatar.

Perhaps a week later, I will see a new pic, think oooh that looks nice... will be the same profile.

I may not have met their criteria or they may be too far away in which case its just an appreciation of a great pic. If i have looked at your profile several times without messaging, that is why

I can completely see how you might think like that.

I think a lot of it has to do with being a bloke on here. Quite rightly, a lot of effort has to go in to establishing a connection with someone and getting a message, let alone meeting someone socially, was really exciting.

I remember that excitement and I might have been guilty of looking a few tunes myself as a result. It was really nothing more than being bored and fed up at work and thinking "Mmmm, that woman who's been in touch looks amazing, I'll just have a quick look to brighten up my day" (repeat....)

The person you've encountered this situation with is probably fine and just, well, a bit knocked out. I would ge if I was him

I had someone who I had no interaction with look at my profile 10-15 times a day. This carried on for several weeks, so in the end I messaged him. UNLOS 10 minutes later.

Although creepy? Someone messaged me asking to meet now, I explained I was working nights, and going home to bed. He asked if I could sleep at his house, and he would just watch me sleeping! That creep'd me out!!

yes..me too..like some profiles but I am told old or far away etc ...but like the girls pics and perhaps her updates so check back periodically.....tho not obsessively...or hourly just no and then....
