Baby oil is ok, but the oloa gel smells so much nicer with the similar results.

I find that the unscented baby oil smells a little like a rubber factory in my view.

My personal preference is to use some almond base oil with various sensual oils added in small quantities. Not only is the experience so much more sensual, but the oils don't irritate skin thus you can use it liberally

Echoing the earlier comments, warm oils always feel nicer to the touch.
