Just been browsing as you do on here.

Been chatting to a local cpl and they send me friend invite,of course I accept.

But to my surprise I realise the female of the couple is actually one of my bosses

But saying this its very rarely that I see her at work as she works in our main offices elsewhere.

Any suggestions how I take things from here

Yes, this. I would let her know that you have recognised her, and out of respect and her privacy, maybe should leave it at that. If she is ok with it, then it's up to you......but I would be very cautious about what would happen if you upset her in any way.

From what you say, she isn't your direct boss, and not someone you have too much contact with. The reality is that even if things went badly, she's not going to put her own job at risk by starting on some sort of vendetta against you that would be very difficult for her to explain.

I'd imagine she'd be a lot more worried than you, as she has a lot more to lose. And as long as you're polite, respectful and honest, why should it go wrong?

Let them know your interested. But tell them who you are ASAP. It happened to me with a couple who live a couple of doors away. So glad I did we played it cool and been long term discreet players. Normally play away. Caravanner. No one knows anything. Best way.always liked this lady anyway. What a bonus.
