I have a new partner and we have been discussing safe sex. How far should we go before putting people off. We have agreed that condoms will be worn during penetration and certain oral activities. then you get the problem of if they had a cock in their mouth then wanted to lick my pussy, how do we get round that on? Do we have to trust everyone to be tested clean?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Do what you feel is safe. If it puts people off then they are not the right people for you.

There are risks and all you can do is practice safer sex, look after your own sexual health and test regularly.

Do whatever you feel comfortable with.

You can't analyse every situation, if you do then the safe solution is to not swing.

thanks, we do look after our sexual health, just worry about others as we are exploring our bi sexual side, and had a really long discussion about it. I think we have to learn to trust that others are tested. At the end of the day if they are tested they shouldn't have a problem prooving it.

How would you prove it though? You don't get a certificate

I've never had that, I've been told that if I don't hear anything it's fine but I can call after 2 weeks if I want to check

Actually, you're only clear before the period of 2 weeks to 3 months before testing, as some infections need an incubation period before being tested to give a result.
