Delaying a period

Yes it is with medication from your gp..noresthisterone its called will delay it for however long you need to and will usually be prescribed if you have a valid reason but can be a little harsh on the hormones sometimes.

I use it a lot, and I can't often get a Drs appointment so I tend to buy it online - costs £10 for the prescription which they write after you fill in a questionnaire and 12p per tablet. Take 3 tablets a day starting 3 days before your period and once you stop you should come on within a coupla days. Not recommended for smokers, not recommended to be taken for more than a fortnight and always read up on the contraindications

If you're on the pill and usually take a break to have a bleed just keep taking them without the break. It won't do any harm.

Thanks for your replies ladies. I'm not on the pill and I've got spotting which I'm assuming means it's started (either that or Sid has done some damage ha) is it too late to start the pills?

my ex just used to keep taking her pill. She didn't do it regularly, but did tell me when she was going to and why.

Please please please do what you can to delay using as said above. I believe its a cross between a hormone and a steriod. Short term use may be ok but it could lead to using it longer which is bad.

If you really really need to then use a natural sea sponge to help stop the bleeding in sex. No one will even know. Hope that helps. Xx

You're meant to start taking it 3 days before your period is due, so not sure it would work.

Why not? I often do it cos I have plans around certain dates when I'm due on - it's a pain in the arse and one of the only things I'm looking forward to about getting old is the fact that eventually my periods will cease...not looking forward to when my cycle becomes erratic though, as the thought of getting shagged senseless but coming on mid shag is a bit of a bugger

No it dont it may take a bit of squating but I can always get it out.(no nails)

You can buy them in boots for 11.99. Uk.

Just cut a bit off and push it as far as it will go not to small and not to big.

I always think of the size of the cock if its a big one then I go for a bigger bit. Xx

I too have used this. Generally when we holiday. But not the most 'friendliest' person when I start. But worth it at the time. Can take me a couple of months afterwards to get back to my normal self x

Yep it is.

Go see your doctor.

I get a prescription every time we are due to go abroad.

Take it a week before and then during the holiday, and Mother Nature stays back in the UK
