Is it considered rude not to reciprocate someone giving you a verification even when both parties did have a good time?

If I verify someone, I would like to think they would verify me back if they enjoyed the meet. If they didn't enjoy it and didn't want to verify back I wouldn't expect them to display it. That is how I work personally and it is just my opinion, nothing more

It would seem polite to return one if you have taken the time to write one for someone and they have it on their profile

If they display the veri I have given them then I do expect one in return. I find it mildly irritating when they don't

Well I think it's the unwritten etiquette if you've written one and they've displayed it for them to write one back.

I would say NO, it's not rude.

Unless they 'need' a verification (like if it's their first meet), then there is no need to verify them.

To be honest if someone don't verify me I take that as they didn't like me, people say there is no such thing as a bad verification but I think no verification speaks volumes personally

Id rather have one that said I was "nice" than no verification at all. If I or they had a lousy time, I wouldnt mention it, Id just say something like nice guy etc and leave it at that

I don't agree. We met with a couple a number of times, we wrote something nice about them and they did not write for us. But we still met another six or seven times, so I don't think they didn't like us!!! Happened a number of times recently too, looks like we haven't met anyone for a while!
