The End Is Near

After spending a few years on here it now looks like the end is near. Finding harder and harder to talk to the ladies on here. If I try to leave a message for them I am confronted by the message " Sorry, you can't send private mail to this use Why? You're outside the age range this user has chosen to receive contacts from" Ok I have to accept that but hell it makes me feel like a outsider. This will happen 9 times out of 10 So the question is do I turn off and say that the end is near?

Hi Steve,

I would say not to be disheartened. At 68 y/o you exist in a niche area of the market so to speak. That means that you won't be everybody's cup of tea, and probably most ladies or couples will consider you out of your age range. But, for those who are interested in older gents, then they will be *really* interested.

There aren't many over 65s on this site. Not compared to 45s. 40s buys are absolutely 10 a penny on this site, but there aren't many older horny guys on the site. So just as there are fewer people looking for you, so there is less competition.

It's not just singles! We are having trouble meeting at the moment, but even when we are able to meet, we have a distinct shortage of takers.. We are a couple who meet couples and believe it or not, it ain't easy being old!

Age is nothing but numbers.if you want to be meet many people on fab.You need to be regular on swing clubs and partys. But If you rely on one on one meet. Trust me. You will find fab boring.

Perhaps if you read profiles correctly and only try to message people who identify as looking for your age group, you wouldn't get the disheartening message coming up...just a suggestion...

OP have you tried messaging people where you are in their age range? That could improve the 9/10 ratio quite a bit.

Hide your profile for a bit, then come back. I don't think age is a massive problem, most single males regardless of age struggle to strike up conversation on here, and many other similar sites.
