I fancy attending a swingers club, but as a single male this doesnt seem to be as simple as that... Most places are 'selected single males' etc.

So any advice on where would be good to go? Blackburn and Blackpool area are the best for me... and what to expect?

My advice would be to go, but don't expect to get laid. I've found that a lot of single blokes in clubs have that 'desperate' aura about them and follow folk around like sheep waiting for some action. Its tedious and from a couple's point of view I found it quite annoying.

So my advice would be to go, but to enjoy the social side. Have a look round but mostly stick to the bar area and converse with people to start with, or go for a sauna. Be friendly and being a young good looking bloke it won't be long before you hit the jackpot! Good luck and have a great time!

I agree with the first comment. Dont follow singles like sheep and stand in the corner wanking.

I would stick mainly with the bar/lounge areas and chat with people. Introduce yourself when in conversation to the male first and then the female.

If you get their names in your head then they will see your there firstly to chat and get to know people and from that sex may come.

Never expect anything to happen. It often doesnt. Just be yourself and be respectful.

You have a few choices around Blackpool. Have a look at the club section on here and/or any other swinging sites and take a peep at the reviews. Check out the websites of the clubs which interest you. If their website doesn't explain their new members policy for single males, give the club a call and ask...... honest they won't bite.

Thanks for all the advice, I wasnt expecting to get 'laid' on the first visit, to be honest I am just hoping to get a feel for it and just enjoy it until I am comfortable. Oh and I always talk to both halves of a couple, mother raised this one with manners lol. Well I will look into the blackpool clubs and visit and find out for myself!

I agree with all of the above, Katie and I recently went to Chams and found that the single guys getting any action were the ones that did not look desperate, the single guys following couples around were just looking like sex pests

so relax be friendly not pushy and it will happen naturally, some of us couples love going to clubs to get single guys to join us.

he never said yes, he knew better than to decide for me lol....he used to say "ask her shes only there" lol

saying that it is a hard one cause some men in couples expect you to ask them, where as others dont, so you have to be careful on that one

I can nly echo the advice above, you may have t wait a while,but then again,it depends n who else is there.

Als erhaps try a dedicated "greedy girls night", I know to my pleasure that Infusions in Blackpool has a few each month, but even then,*nothing* is guarenteed.

Gratitude must be expressed to the OP and all the advice given on behalf. Of the male population on this site that haven't attended a club before.

Have recently been asked if I would attend an. Abfabs party with a lovely sounding couple. As it would be my first time learning the etiquette as such through these posts are really useful.

I believe its best to treat a club as any meet. With dignity and respect for yourself and others around you. Many think attending a club or even these sites are for those that are desperate, and with all things in life there are certain cases where it is true. However from these comments posted many are genuine and I guess you just have to show respect to both partners as you would naturally.

My views.

Don't sit in a room and wank all night, seriously we went to Chams recently and there was a guy that spent the whole time in the cage room on the bed wanking. It just meant everyone avoiding that room.

I agree with the not looking like you are in serious need, just go chat, or make time to see what people are up to. Remember that mostly its the woman that has the say, although I always and I do mean always Ask My Master if I can play.

I always see going to the clubs as a night out to spend with the man I love, we get to have a good laugh, meet new people, have amazing time together and if we get the right person play. But it isnt just about that for us. Now we do prefer single guys at clubs, and to be honest, 2 or 3 at once would be good.

But we found the pickings limited and the ones that we would have played with were just letting off the wrong signals.

Seriously, standing at the top of the stairway rubbing yourself through your towel is not a good look, go mingle, go chat..

The right one got dragged off into a private room.

SO just relax and enjoy yourself and be respectful.

My advice is go early, don't drink (or just have one or two), sit in the lounge and chat and get to know people just as you would in a pub or bar. Don't tag onto the train of single guys who follow every couple or single female around all night. Partners in Bury is close to you and is a good club, so is Adam and Eves in Eccles.

What has been discussed is advice for going to a SWINGERS club. The Private Club is more like a brothel, where the staff are paid to give you a good time. It's a bit different there. They provide the meat, and expect the vultures to come in through the door. It's how they make their money. If you go expecting to be chatting to nice people at the bar, you may be the only person left standing at the bar.

there are two types of single guys who go to clubs....

1) the really respectful guys who will just sit down in the social areas, will chat along with everyone (including both the blokes and the women..... I know that is a bugbear of a lot of couples) will have a laugh, not drink too much ... if anything happens then that is a bonus, but you'll have a good night chatting a mixing with people regardless.......

2) the single guy, who won't say boo to a goose all, will literaly just go round in a towel, with patrol any of the rooms, or the wet areas or the changing rooms for a glimpse of flesh or "action" (I really hate that word!) will basically not make any effort and if anyone starts playing will then be the silent assasin and will basically sneek in.... get there cock out and start wanking in front of them....

it is really up to you to decide whether you want known as "1" or "2".....

went to club with fem friend ad 6 single blokes following us around all over like sad baby ducklings i found it sad but funny. Personally id neva bother going to a swingers club as a single bloke rip of prices to get in and clubs cater more for cples..much betta chance simply goin out on the town on the pull

Would really like to try Chams , but ridiculous how hard it is to get in.

i have tried phoning to check first, but then arrive 30 mins later and too many fellas! Simply not realistic! Shame coz it does sound great relaxing fun which is what I want!....might try again Wednesday daytime....anyone else?

As a couple that go to clubs to meet single guys, the advice given is spot on! Make conversation!!! and do not wait till the male half gets up to go for a pee before you go over and start talking to the female. As usual Fabio has is spot on with his description of the type of fellas you tend to get at clubs.

I'm not exactly vastly experienced in attending swing clubs, I've only been twice. But the first time I went on my own and was polite and chatty and had a whale of a time! Even though nobody was playing with anyone (even the couples with their respective partners) I had a great night. The second time I went with a female friend and we did go up and play to our hearts content, but we were the only ones to do so. However, I got plenty of attention when we came back down to the bar area, towel on and the pair of us glowing and grinning like cheshire cats. I had to leave though as I had a dreaded early start, but I put that down to the old favourite of sod's law, lol!

Basically just be friendly and see it as a night out and you can't go wrong.

hi, i'm a single guy too..and i've never been to a swingers club. not because i'm not intrigued, and not because i'm shy .. far from it

its just that the dice are heavily loaded against single guys socially, and the clubs charge extortionate admissions rates for single guys, and for what? not a lot, i guess .. from the advice already given to you ... sit in the lounge, have a drink, and chat to other people. wow, i can do that in a decent night club, pub, bar,.... and with a greater degreee of "success"

and if the other option of tailing couples around to see some "action" is the only draw, hey ... that is sad. go hire a sexy movie instead. my advice is to stay away from them, find some couples or singles on this site, and take it from there ... and have lots of swinging fun socially from meets that you secure. but, i could be wrong. would be interested in other single guys views ... especially those not linked commercially to swingers clubs

Yes it is hard!! I guess we all have the in built chip that says, they will only think I am after one thing! Which actually is not normal, because this time, I guess we all know what we are here to enjoy! But for me I do struggle a bit to chat for that reason, I am normally a chatter and just don't want to be pushy at all! I guess practice makes perfect! May try again, not sure, if anyone going, it would be nice to chat!
