after reading the bareback posts I have come to the conclusion that I have been worrying too much about it, I did look on the Terence Higgins trust website the other day and it said you were actualy less likely to get hiv from giving oral sex than full sex, so I was right about that one.

Could put some people off but isn't there a difference between having bareback sex with everyone you meet and stating that's what you want to do on your profile and having bareback sex with some people because that's what they want and having safe sex with others. It could be safer to have bareback sex with some but not everyone you meet.

I was not going to comment on yet another "look at me I'm a safe fucker" message but the Russian Roulette link to bareback sex is now at number 3 in the Fab cliché list.

The only thing more likely to kill you than Russian roulette (1:6 chance of death), other than certainty situations like skydiving without a parachute, is cancer (1:5); so if you smoke don't waste money buying condoms.

Now that those living with HIV have a normal life expectancy in developed countries please can we stop the "Russian Roulette" bullshit and let people make up their own mind.

Disclaimer: I am not supporting or condemning bareback sex. I just find the gross exaggeration used to describe its risks irritating.
