You have to take it slow and really trust the person doing the fisting. Plenty of lube which may need topping up during the session. Oh and be in the right mood.

I love fisting, but it has to be done with the right person. I have to be relaxed and comfy with them. It needs to be done slowly, with lots and lots of lube. I like to have a hold of the guys arm, so should they try to force the issue, I can squeeze their arm to say slow down.

Once the fist is in, I like to keep hold of the arm, so I can control the speed and depth.

Carrie Ann, what you don't see in the porn is the lubing and the time taken to warm up! You should be starting off with 1 or 2 fingers and then working up SLOWLY!
