I found the best place to learn was a bdsm club. where on a quieter night the house dom took me under her wing and first have me receive, before I gave it out. we have used most, we have one cane thats over 10 years old, will pop it on photos so you can see, as to table tennis bats last about one hour..stinging nettles are nice if you don't want the neighbours to listen in..lol..connie x

If you have a look round for a website called "Jack's Floggers", his are regarded in the kink scene as being some of the best in the UK. Not very expensive either. If you give him a call or see him at one of the fetish fairs he can provide you with excellent advice.

You can get some great riding crops at decathlon cheap aswell.. You will be surprised at what you can find at local supermarkets and poundland
