My husband and I are both Romany. Back in the 1950s both our parents were involved with sideshows and with sideshows at the time getting bigger they needed a base.

Both of us were brought up in a house although er did a lot of seasonsl travelling with the shows.

We actually now both work and live a normal lifestyle although er still class ourselves as gypsy.

While it is true that gypsies dont have srx before marriage I dont think that is so common nowadays.
