Re vaginal sponges

I wore one today and had sex with it in situ. I've spent ages trying to find it since. It's tucked behind my cervix with no part to get hold of it.

What shall I do???? It's gonna have to come out. I don't want toxic shock.

Help! Any ideas?

Q: I can’t get the tampon out, what now?

A: Above all, stay calm. The more you relax, the more easily you get the tampon out. Pull the tampon out with your fingers. Search for the loop and use that to pull it out. If this does not work, try to perform a vaginal douche in order to make the tampon heavier. In case that also does not work and you can't easily find the loop, you can crouch and use 2 fingers (tweezers grip) to pull out the tampon. You may use some light pressure.

Remove your shower head and use the hose to completely saturate it. It should be easier to remove.

Squat to shorten the vaginal passage, it cant actually go anywhere so it has to come out
