Can anyone advise please, I used to just trim down below but have now fully shaving as it seems that is what alot of people prefer, anyone got ony tips on how to avoid an ingrowing hair, I keep getting one in the same place and wondering if it is me, the way I do or not do something, is waxing of hair removal a better option???

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Let that one grow free and shave off the rest.

By the time anyone spots you're not fully shaved, you'll have at least had some oral action...

Maybe you could try worrying so deeply about the ingrowing one that you induce alopecia.

Thus saving resources spent on hair removal products and hours scraping with a razor.

Kidding really. Veet might work.

Gillette Mach 3 and Dove bodywash does it for me. And that's both: face and tackle. Can't remember the last time I got any razor burn using since using the Dove...

I use shaving oil mostly, seems to give the closest shave and is soothing.

Or a good quality sensitive shaving gel with aloe.

Everyone is different though, fine hair is probably easier to shave.

You do have to learn which direction the hairs grow in though. practice and regular shaving will make you the best smoothie.

I'm getting worried about all the new competition though - there more guys shaving now

PS, one other tip, don't shave with a hard on!

not tried with the Dove but agree totally with the blade; always use that with plenty of lathered soap and a lot of patience which find to be very effective

Once tried a five blade razor but found it clogged up too easily as the blades so close together

Disagree... an erection = a swollen sack so firmer against the pressure of the razor

I never start with one, but I always end up with one. Makes no difference one way or the other...

Well shaving an erect cock is OK as long as you don't nick it while shaving - you have to be very carefull shaving high pressure hoses! Same as you don't want to be drilling around cold water pipes!

Unless the sight of blood running out of your cock is a turn on of course.

Anybody tried an electric shaver, if so what sort of result does it give?

I found electic shaver makes the skin more sore and can even graze the skin. OK for the pubic bone area on guys or girls, but around the penis or labia (where it counts) I couldn't get good results without feeling sore - especially on the balls, whereas the blade works at treat.

You need any help ?

I could be wrong, but aren't veet and majic powder recommended NOT to be used on the more intimate regions of the genitals?

The skin down there is quite thin and delicate, so hair removal creams aren't recommended.

I think they are OK from time to time though. I have used cream in the past and they are especially useful for taking a full bush down to total smoothness with minimum hassle. Just rub lots in and become hair free.

Just don't use it all the time down there.

Don't think any men are brave enough to wax. I couldn't do it - lol.

Can't image it being possible on your balls anyway, might pull them off with it!!!

Shaving drives me mad with the itching afterwards.

SO now i closely trim with a ladyshave and i find that its ok for me.

The hair that grows back is very fine and all soft.

Veet used to give me ingrowing hairs so now it is shaving.. Little and often is the key

Oh and use two razors.. One for face and one for genitals

i use shaving cream.. Used to use oil but it's a bugger to clean the bath afterwards

Ingrowing hairs i tease out with a decent set of tweezers.. Which most blokes should have.. Got to tidy up those brows nowadays .. And don't forget to cleanse them afterwards

Mrs new uses an epilady i think.. Ouch!
