I have to admit I am not sure if the significance of an ankle bracelet is still understood anymore though..or if its viewed as just another piece of jewellery.

I wonder what people think if they see a woman wearing an ankle bracelet? Does it register any thought at all or would you not notice?

Obviously if it has charms spelling a word like hotwife or slut then it speaks for itself. But if it was plain?

that what we are trying to find out about. sue wears a plain ankle bracelet with just a heart on it. it has been commented on by a couple of none swingers warning us that it is an invitation to swingers. little do they know!

With all the jewellery, body ink and piercings over the past 10 or so years, I think an ankle bracelet is just a piece of jewellery nowadays, most folk wouldn't give it a 2nd thought. The connotation, if there ever was one, is long gone.
