Tweezers, if you can see what you're doing? Otherwise get someone else to do that for you.

The proper hygenic way is to use a warm poultice and wait for that to draw it out, can take days though.

I prefer trimmed to shaved any day. Also shaving isn't that healthy, as studies show, which is why hospitals have changed their approach, due to increased infection rates.

Hair springing from the sides of a cock would be a bit of deterrent to sucking though, as a mouthful of hair, when deep throating, isn't something that grabs me.
