As my only sexual expereinces have been with men so far I think i might be able to help here

If youve never been anal fucked before the best thing is first to uses toys on yourself and listen to what your body is telling you. LOTS of lube and relax.

You have two rings of muscels in your butt the outer you can control the inner is more dificult to do so and you must be completly relaxed to open up.

The best way to start with somone is by sitting down on them (them lying on thier back) And straddle them. this gives you control how deep it goes and is genrally more comfy. start with VERY slow thrusting or bouncing. and most of all the one taking anal MUST be the one in control the first 4 or 5 times you do it.

(example it took me 3 days trying to to get my first tiny dildo in me then i slowly started to learn how to relax my insides and use larger ones)
