Well if your going to wear a plug all day. The hole through the middle allows you to...you know...without removing it. Just buy one and see!

i recently bought an electro stim plug which is lovely as it actually fucks me.

when i first tried it i thought id lost it and would need a trip to casulty..the stopper was really small and the lube made it very hard to get hold of and pull out..

now i have tied a cord onto it to help retrieval
