Prostitution - that is the exchange of money for sex - is legal in this country. A number of related activities, such as owning a brothel, soliciting in public and engaging in sex with a prostitute who has been subjected to force, are illegal.

"Just make sure you do a VAT receipt."

Don't need a VAT receipt unless you're turnover is over £65K and you register for VAT.

At least currently, certain MPs are pushing to make it illegal to procure these services, following a model common in parts of northern Europe. As I understand it this is pretty much against the advice of every charity involved in protecting sex workers. They are very concerned that anything which drives this trade further underground puts people into situations which are harder to control leaving them at much greater risk.

Yes escorting is legal in the UK as long as there is only one girl per property, most of the girls i make sites for pay tax like anyone else.

Most people still believe the myth that its illegal, brothels, pimping and forced prostitution is still very illegal and so it should be.

In the United Kingdom, prostitution itself (the exchange of sexual services for money) is legal,[2] but a number of related activities, including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pimping and pandering, are crimes.

In England, Wales and in Northern Ireland it is an offence to pay for sex with a prostitute who has been “subjected to force” and this is a strict liability offence (clients can be prosecuted even if they did not know the prostitute was forced).

As a punter you are doing nothing illegal if you visit a consenting adult in order to have sex. You are transgressing the law if you frequent the street sex scene.

On the street (prostitute) it is against the LAW.

An escort in her OWN home (escort) is not against the LAW,

You pay for their Time wot happens in the Time is btw two ppl.

If one walks up to your car that is solicing,

A male appoaching one on the street is against the LAW.

I use escorts coz u get the real deal!
