You don't 'confront them' maybe they have no desire to be outed to a work colleague and wanna be left to fab' in discreet peace and quiet. Leave well alone.

Tempting yes,

Giving in to temptation, no. The risk of destroying a working environment for the sake of a knee trembler..............not worth it really.
