I know these are probably fake or bored people but does any one else get messages from people who have just joined then two hours later they aren't a member any more I don't get it

yes we do, I think some people join and imagine they will be having sex with someone in five minutes. When their message isn't answered immediately by a nymphomaniac with beer and a pizza they leave in a huff.

I had one the other night when I was at work. Messaged me after being on site for 14 minutes. 8 minutes later was no longer on site.

I have filtered newbies out but still get a few messages from people that leave the site before I've read them

Guess some people just don't like to hang around

In all fairness some may join and then after browsing and looking around the site decide it's not for them. Not all quickly deleted profiles are from fakers.
