block and then unblock

I have noticed a trend of late.

people block you, no issue for me but im noticing they are now unblocking sending messages again thinking you have changed your mind

and no I dont block people who block me as im not that petty before anyone says

Got an ex doing that every week or so whenever he wants a shag lol he wishes lol

I've always counter blocked people who block me so they can't do that. I don't think its petty, I had an abusive message out of the blue once, he blocked me then a few days later unblocked me and sent more abuse so I guess that's why I do it now.

I do!

If they block me they obviously don't want to talk to me. If that's the case then I know for sure that I definitely won't want to talk to them if they change their mind

half the time I have already deleted the message when they block

We had a couple block us noticed they looked at us again, about a month after the block. Did think it was strange but not blocking them, we would meet them if they asked , not so insecure as to worry why they blocked us

Personally, I try not not Block people. A temporary Block, then un-Block seems fine to me.

I cannot see the point in permanently Blocking a person, unless they are persistently sending msgs. I know I am Blocked by several users - but I am most unlikely to ever msg them again...

I havn't noticed this,I don't look at profiles that have messaged me unless Im interested so never notice if they block me and unblock me,maybe they do

I've had this, where someone asked for a meet, when I said no thanks, I was blocked, a few weeks later he tried again, so I pointed out he had me blocked previously, he just said, it was to give me a second chance, so I just saved everyone's trouble and blocked back. Couldn't be arsed with his games!

Only time I have ever blocked was on chat - caught the button by error

Unblocked and sent an apology

It's a little too easy to catch the wrong button
