We have been using them for years, either on their own (we have a variety of type from single to 7 wheel ones) to use with secondary contact with the violet wand. never used one with an EStim and would need to check with the makers firsr. but we found cleaning them after is problematic when using on others. some are chrome steel others are surgical steel the chrome ones we use alcohol spray on and the others can be boiled or put in the dishwasher.
