You find a profile you like, take the time to read and send a nice message, it then gets read and not deleted... are they pondering a witty reply? since it's not been deleted straight away the face photo didn't put them off.

Then, checking sent messages.... deleted,

So disappointing!!

Don't check your sent messages. Just delete if you get a reply great. You have no control over it. I often let my messages fall off the end. Means nothing other than I can't be bothered to delete.

I don't bother checking sent and very rarely delete - the messages just fall off the end.
