Is there really such a phenomenon? Your honour, this couple assured me that the pictures they were taking were only for personal use. ....

What does personal use start and end?

What does it entail at all?

I've never heard of it in relation to photos but I guess it means that you expect people viewing your photos to keep them private and not show all their mates in the bar of The Pig and Trumpet.

We film for personal use. That means we like to watch the films while we play together. But at no point are our films ever passed around or uploaded anywere, nobody else ever sees them.

I saw one in the Fcku and Arms , in Cockermouth, right on Booty road.
