Xtasia hotel offers

Hi Guys

Fancied trying Xtasia tonight, spur of the moment - As it looks a really good club - so thought i'd take advantage of the £39 deal at Premier Inns. When I called them, though, they had no rooms available at this rate, and quoted me quite a lot more!

Has anyone else had similar problems trying to take advantage of these offers?

They will operate like the airlines, and only have a few rooms available at that rate, once they are gone, all other rooms revert to the normal rate. Its a pain when you don't get the rate, but its their way od ensuring people book early.

It will be likely that some people who have booked will not turn up, so you may get a good rate later in the day. It depends on the hotels check-in policy and what time they release the room following a no show.

Ok thanks. You could be right! The other hotel offer it mentions is the Park Inn - and they're not even answering the phone! xx

You should try booking on line the rooms start at £29 if you book ahead. Just need to plan your parties

There always seems to be confusion depending on who's on reception.

Best to ask for the duty manager as they should honour the deal.

It's not as if the club isn't their best customer!

Hope you all had a great time - and who knows - I may meet you all there in the not too distant future!

It was funny trying to book the room though! It was a central number, not the hotel itself, and I had to explain to the young guy on the phone what the offer was and what xtasia was. He clicked on it and got to the dogging zone before his works computer threw him off the site! It was a recorded conversation - but I could hear him silently pissing himself laughing on the other end of the phone! He had a chat with his supervisor but I still didn't get the cheap room! Ah well - at least it made his day a lot less tedious!! xx

For anyone looking to book by phone in future - use the direct number for the West Brom Central one. It's on the App and the website - then if there's any problems ask for the duty manager.

Not sure on that - worth asking at the time.

We have to make plans that far in advance we usually get a non-refundable £29 a night rate!
