When u see a woman in a pencil skirt or dress with high heels it looks so sexy and classy u just have to look, I have seen the effect it has on men when someone walks down the street in them every one looks, sadly to many women and girls have taken to wearing jogging bottoms or baggy jeans or clothing it's a shame when they could look so nice
