Ok so I was reading reviews on a club quiet a few negatives but they seem like they were all from the same group of people

My thoughts were if I don't like a club I don't leave a review as I think well that wasn't my cup of tea but I'm sure it's someone else's and some one has invested money in a business , it's hard enough without negative feed back balancing the books .i also think when I read negative reviews are they real ?

So do you leave bad reviews ? How honest are they ? And are they about the club or the people in the club ?

If its an honest opinion I can't see the issue. Obviously malicious intentions or even the opposite, sycophantic weekly tributes to clubs by the regulars or friends of the owners aren't appropriate or helpful

We wouldn't leave a bad review just because we didn't enjoy ourselves or because of the people that were in there. However if it was a staff problem or general upkeep of the club we would leave a review reflective of the experience.

Most reviews are just cheep advertising by either regulars or people with something to do with running the place .

Bring on some honesty i say .

Alot of clubs ive been to need a bloody good decorating anyway ! Lol

I could go out on a limb here and suggest you are referring to my "group" of reviews?! We did attend a club as a mixed group, one cpl, one single man and 2 single fems, it was a bad experience and was very disappointed in the whole experience, reviews are there to review your experience, nowhere does it state only positive reviews are welcome!

Agree entirely. Often when at clubs, I wonder how bad they would look in the daylight!

Bad reviews hmm

Yes I would leave a bad review of a club if I felt the negative impact of the night was the clubs fault. If it was down to my perception of the club being wrong before going then I wouldnt. Likewise I wouldn't leave a bad review if I had problems with other people there 1 time but if I had multiple bad experiences then would probably leave a negative review.

A business that relies on a happy customer base needs to deal with problems not hide them.

To be honest it's somthing I have thought for a while I've been in clubs were bad reviews have been left and the person who's left the review is a fan / friend/employee of a different club and has never been in or even when you read wonderful reviews on clubs that are clearly from staff/fans/friends of the club

Im not intending a dig at anyone impaticular just an observation

I also think it's not all about the decor of a club but the atmosphere

Maybe there should be a rating system bit like eBay decor ,prices,cleanliness etc

Reviews are what they say they are and having experienced the club first hand it's not a club I'd care to attend again.

For the amount of years I've been swinging ive never come across a Vile mouthed piece of work. If you have done something wrong then an apology could have sorted it all but to be marched out of the place was out of order. So YES a bad reveiw is what she deserves. I assume with you working in a club it's not nice to see but each to their own reviews are what they are.

No I don't work in a club and yes I have my favorites but if you care to look I've only ever posted two reviews on clubs

As I pointed out was making a general point about the review system seems open to untruths and maybe needs changing

My apologies I was lead to believe you have worked in a club.

I understand the frustration but bad experiences deserve the truth to be written
