Haha I gota be honest it does make gym more interesting when a hot girl is pumping up when I'm doing weights but.... Some spend more time(men inc) looking around at who's checking who out

Just do your workout, glam up and go pull in the bar when u don't have sweat running down your brow and a slight whif of bo lol

women don't need to do their hair and wear make up to look attractive,

women look great and sexy in all sorts of attire its not just how your make up looks, its the whole scenario and posture what your doing where and what your wearing

When I do a spin class, I actually take 2 towels - one to wipe and one to put on the floor under my bike as it gets that sweaty. Its not bonny

The best bit is the fact that you are all sweaty and red faced. It shows you are doers not wall flowers. Tight Lycra is amazing but it's the energy you expel and the fact your giving it everything that gets me hot. If I see a woman on the exercise bike reading a magazine and able to hold a conversation it puts me off cos she's not working hard enough. Mind you, been a while since I was in a gym. I wear padded lycra cycle shorts for the rowing machine so I daren't letch as I do get turned on and it shows when I stand up - learnt from experiance as I once had to stay on the machine for a hour before I was decent - totally shatyered

I've had quite a bit of sucess in my local gym. And I know, from experience, that some ladies are busy checking out men in the gym.
