...was feeling low anyways as all hormonal and recovering from a cold. now today ive heard the news that a family friend was found dead at home yesterday..

....need some happy thoughts and positive energy please fellow fabsters?

I've been open about my own struggles with aspects of life in these forums. I feel a bit indulgent doing that sometimes, but there's lots of lovely people here with similar experiences.

Feeling low is a natural human emotion - please know that you are not alone.
