I've been using this site for a long time and never come across anyone asking for any kind of payment.

If I did I'd report them to admin.

never really encounted that in my 7 years ish of being here... maybe i am wondering around in different circles...

or... if i see an ad like that... i do the radical thing and move on to the next profile.... after all no one is hold guns to head making people go to these events...

and if people had more self respect for themselves... these events would disappear because there would be no demand for them

Was invited to a hotel meet and asked to pay the cost of the room. Not share the cost, but pay for it. Explicitly requested it was just the male who attended and that I had to be there for 8pm. Do my thing and be gone by 8.30pm. !! BLOCK

I've had it before where I arranged to meet a couple, they gave me a postcode which I found it took me to a Tesco about an hour from where I live and said to text when there which I did, I then received a text saying that if I didn't go in and buy 3 bottles of whiskey then the meet was off needless to say I told them to forget it and drove home

We once met a couple from on here socially where she 'confessed' she was an escort and that he was her pimp. Although she did not explicitly ask for money it was heavily implied it would be welcome for the meet to go ahead. Needless to say we made our excuses and left.

I didn't know it was a Tesco till I got there, I was told they would give me the house number once I'd arrived so wrongly assumed they were just making sure I was turning up before revealing their house, you live and learn

Never exparienced this in many years on fab with various single and couples profiles.

Look at your selection process and above all report anyone asking for money as it is against site rules.

OP thats a bit of a dramatic headline and you do seem to have a bit of a bee in your bonnet about this....

Some people will take the piss and ask for 'gifts' or 'contributions'. Some people are just as bad by offering to be 'generous' or 'treat' someone.

Same advice on this as on the other threads - report the profiles/messages where you see this happening and Admin will deal with it.
